All expenses will be covered by the state budget and the daily payment will be 500 lek, while the young people will also receive food.

Article No. 5 also provides for the number of trainees to be trained and their treatment.

"The number of interns included in the 3 (three)-month internship period within the annual call of the National Internship Program, in any case, is not more than 600 (six hundred) interns.

During the internship period, the intern benefits from: food treatment in the form of financial compensation; training within the framework of a special training program at the Albanian School of Public Administration (hereinafter referred to as ASPA).

The daily value of the financial compensation is 500 (five hundred) lek and is granted to the intern for each day of practical training completed by him. The payment of the financial compensation is carried out by the National Youth Agency, which programs the necessary funds for this purpose in its budget," the decision states.

But not everyone will be a beneficiary of 1-year employment at the end of the program.

Article No. 6 provides that at the end of the 3-month internship period, up to 250 of the annual call interns are selected by the institutions where they completed their internship to be employed under a contract.

Of these: up to 200 interns for state administration institutions, up to 50 interns for other public institutions.
