Interior Minister Ervin Hoxha was filmed transporting a package of leaflets believed to belong to the Socialist Party's electoral campaign.

Activist Rigels Xhemollari, who shared the footage on social media, calls on SPAK to investigate this case, which according to him constitutes a violation of the law and is punishable by prison.

In flagrant violation, Interior Minister Ervin Hoxha uses the state car (registered license plate) and the Republic Guard in unit no. 1 in Tirana.

The use of the car and the escort of the Guard outside working hours, but in the service of the minister as a candidate for deputy of the Socialist Party, with leaflets that have symbols of the Socialist Party such as the number 5, constitutes a criminal offense and is punishable by imprisonment.

Resignation should not be discussed, but this electoral crime should be investigated and made an example of for any other official.
