After the clash in the Parliament with Flamur Noka, socialist MP  Ardit Bido  has this time publicly denounced the building where Noka is suspected of having appropriated the homes of the homeless and given them to his family.

In 2010, the Housing Authority built 2 buildings for the homeless in Saranda.

But, in one of them, with a view of the sea and Corfu, as MP Bido says, Noka's family members settled, who, although they had no connection to Saranda and were not homeless, 3 months before the distribution of the apartments, suddenly appeared with passports in Saranda.

In a video posted on social media, Bido says that in the other building, without a sea view, needy families from Saranda were housed, while other apartments were given to relatives of Noka, and other families who came from Kukës or Belgium benefited from apartments in the coastal city of Saranda.

Bido: One building has a balcony and a view of the sea and Corfu. The other one does not have a balcony and has a view of the other building in front. In 2010, the Housing Authority decided to build these two buildings in Saranda. In one, there were homeless people from Saranda who were entitled to a house. In the other, the one with balconies and a view of the sea, there was a Noka family, a family of Noka's brother-in-law, a family of Noka's baxhanak, and several other families who, despite having no connection to Saranda, lived in Novosejë, Kukës, in Brussels, in Tirana, suddenly appeared not only with passports in Saranda 3 months before the houses were divided, but also with apartments as homeless people in Saranda. They had millions, they had billions, I can't say that, but they didn't need to be homeless.
