The vote counting process in the elections for the chairman of the Democratic Party branch in Vlora has been completed, with candidate Nada Meçorapaj declared the winner.

The voting process took place today near the party branch in the Skela area and ended at 6:00 PM, while the vote counting began.

There were two candidates in the race for the leadership of the Vlora branch of the Democratic Party: Nada Meçorapaj, former MP and secretary of the Vlora branch of the Democratic Party, who received 496 votes, and Daling Banushi, a member of the Vlora leadership of the Democratic Party, who received 106 votes. However, 13 votes were declared invalid.

Elections were also held today for the head of the local branch of the Democratic Party in Pogradec.

The vote count showed that Oligert Muçllari received 247 votes, while the other candidate, Kasëm Galla, secured 224 votes.

In this process, 6 votes were also declared invalid.
