The largest party in Kosovo, Vetevendosje of Prime Minister Albin Kurti, is shrinking.
Two of its deputies, Eman Rrahmani and Visar Korenica, have decided to break away from the ranks of the party to create the new List for the Family, which will compete in the February 9 elections in coalition with Ferid Agani's Justice Party and Behgjet Pacolli's AKR .
The two MPs have been vocal against the Civil Code, which according to them violates the family, while they cited the salary coefficient and nepotism as reasons for leaving.
Rramani further emphasized that he will continue his commitment as a deputy as before, that he will support "useful" initiatives and oppose those that are "harmful" for the citizens of Kosovo.
Rrahmani said that public personalities will also be part of the coalition.
