The leaders of the European Union, as well as those of the states of the region, will meet on Monday in Tirana, at the Summit of the Berlin Process.

It has already been reported that the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti and the President of Serbia, Aleksandër Vucic, will also participate.

In a television interview, Prime Minister Edi Rama said that no meeting has been planned between the two leaders, but nevertheless, "anything can happen".

"Not that we have planned anything, or that I foresee it. Everything can happen because in such situations where everyone talks to someone, or a space, or if the leaders of Germany and France want to talk to them because they are co-authors of the Franco-German plan that is on the table, maybe it can happen . But I don't see that it can happen", he said.
