SPAK is verifying Ahmetaj/ Dumani tells about the documents on Klodian

Freedom Party MP Monika Kryemadhi appeared at SPAK at 10:00. The reason for which the MP's testimony was requested for more than 2 hours is related to the incinerators and specifically to the third one under investigation, the one in Tirana. 

Among his faith in SPAK and the incinerators, Kryemadhi said that he has faith only in God. So, for the other incinerators, that of Fier and Tirana, on February 1 and 2, a different justice will decide, that of the preliminary judges who will speak about the investigations. The biggest discussion is related to the question of why Arben Ahmetaj, former finance minister, has not yet been asked by SPAK, who after an expert report on Klodian Zoto's computer shows that he was paid by him for luxury trips outside Albania.

But SPAK insists that it is investigating the role of Arben Ahmetaj at this point. In addition, SPAK prosecutors insist that the expert report was submitted at the end of November 2022, but the dilemma of what is happening since then remains unanswered.
