The Mayor of Kolonja, Erion Isai , is under investigation by SPAK for abuses of road funds and a water supply case for the Municipality of Kolonja, and has even been summoned for questioning, but this has not stopped him from the next scandal.

Erion Isai , in the new list of the social housing program, has included some of his subordinates as beneficiaries, to be given apartments with citizens' money.

The case was reported by lawyer Esmerald Xhafa , who, according to him, with facts and documents, claims that one of the beneficiaries of the apartments is Enea Jorgji , who holds the position of director of the Waterworks, while his wife is secretary of the Kolonja Municipal Council.

Petro Kristo , who holds the position of forestry director, and his wife, who also works at the Municipality of Kolonja, have also been declared homeless .

Also, the Administrator of the Leskov Administrative Unit, Leonard Konica, has been declared homeless.

According to the following documents, their names have been approved as part of the list of people benefiting from social housing programs by Mayor Erion Isai.

List:

Enea Jorgji – director of water supply.

Enea's wife is the secretary of the municipal council.

Petro Kristo is a forestry director, his wife works at the Municipality.

Leonard Konica, Administrator of the Leskovik Administrative Unit.

According to the following documents, their names have been approved as part of the list of people benefiting from social housing programs by the mayor, Erion Isai .
