"Albania is not for sale" - Massive protests also in London, Berlin and Munich

Hundreds of Albanians gathered in London in a protest against the Albanian government and the project in Zvërnec.

With national flags and banners in their hands, the participants expressed their opposition to the policies of Prime Minister Edi Rama's government.

During the rally, protesters demanded the cancellation of the project planned to be developed in the Zvërnec protected area.

Some of them also demanded the resignation of the government and the removal of the prime minister from power.

The protest took place without incident, while the banners held by the participants featured messages such as "Albania is not for sale" and slogans calling for political and legal responsibility. 

The rally in London comes at a time when opposition to the project in Zvërnec has sparked ongoing protests in Albania as well.

Citizens and activists have come out today in defense of the protected area.

Meanwhile, large protests were also held in several cities in Germany, such as Berlin and Munich.
