Albania and Kosovo are convening their two Assemblies in Pristina today. 130 MPs, including the two Prime Ministers Edi Rama and Albin Kurti, will gather in the Kosovo Assembly at 11:00.

The objective of this session will be to coordinate the national agenda for the realization of strategic objectives.

More specifically, it concerns Albania's membership in the EU, Kosovo's Euro-Atlantic integration, the protection and advancement of Albanian rights, and the increase in the contribution of the Albanian factor to development, democratization, peace and security in the region.

The first to speak will be the Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo, Glauk Konjufca, followed by the Speaker of the Parliament of Albania, Elisa Spiropali, to continue with the heads of the parliamentary groups of the two countries. The last to speak will be the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, and then that of Kosovo, Albin Kurti.

Report TV has also obtained the list of 56 participating MPs from Albania. The Democratic Party's list is notable for the absence of its leader Sali Berisha, as well as Lulzim Basha, who has already parted ways with the party he previously led.

This is the second time that Albania and Kosovo have organized a joint meeting of their two Assemblies. For the first time, the two Assemblies met on November 27, 2022, on the occasion of the 110th Anniversary of Independence.
