At 10:00, like every third Monday of the month, former Prime Minister Sali Berisha was supposed to appear at SPAK, in accordance with the security measure "compulsory appearance", but he did not appear at the premises of this structure.

Although the podium was set up and the microphone was placed, where Sali Berisha, after leaving SPAK, would give a speech, the democratic leader did not appear due to a viral condition he is going through.
