Plenary session today, here's what will be discussed in the Assembly
Parliament of Albania

The Albanian Parliament will convene for its next session today. It is reported that the session will start at 1:00 p.m. The previous session on June 12 was canceled due to the absence of the Speaker of the Parliament, Elisa Spiropali.

This was announced at the last meeting of the Conference of Speakers, where it was announced that Spiropali would participate in a summit in Ukraine that day. The agenda is expected to include the approval of the minutes of the plenary session of June 5. Also on the agenda will be issues such as the Draft Law “On the Energy Performance of Buildings”.

Announcement:

In accordance with Article 7, point 6, and Article 27/1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly, based on the calendar of proceedings for the period May 29 - June 18, 2025, I ORDER: I. The Assembly shall meet in plenary session on June 16, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. II.

The agenda of the plenary session is as follows:

1. Approval of the minutes of the plenary session of 5.6.2025.

2. Notifications.

3. Draft law "On the energy performance of buildings".

4. Discussions on issues outside the agenda.

III. The services of the Assembly are charged with publishing the agenda of the plenary session, notifying the members of the Assembly through electronic means of communication, and preparing the parliamentary documentation to be reviewed.

IV. This order shall enter into force immediately.
