The Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, has issued another "coded" message from prison, although it is not known to whom it is addressed.

Choosing the platform TikTok - banned by the government - where Veliaj has been posting his messages for several days, Veliaj addresses a person, making him guilty of his "arrest" and "humiliation".

"Arresting me and trying to humiliate me, I know it made you feel good. But karma always finds its way back, even if it is delayed. I just hope that they are as strong as I was", writes Veliaj.

Earlier, Veliaj had hinted that he had learned who Nesti Angoni was, the anonymous mysterious character who reportedly sent the letter against Veliaj to SPAK.
