Prime Minister Edi Rama held a meeting with young people employed through employment promotion programs, assessing the progress of employment programs in Albania.

Rama emphasized that there has been an increase in the number of employed young people and stressed the importance of continuing support for young people and the youth guarantee, which aims to provide more employment opportunities.

Rama :  42 thousand young men and women have been employed through employment offices and other services, and of these 7500 are those who have benefited from the programs and are now in work. Albania is the country that ranks first in the region for employment services, according to the OECD, and this is a very positive achievement. There are a total of 7 active programs that support youth employment, including the youth guarantee, where 2200 girls and boys benefit from support, with the objective that 60 thousand young people will be supported during this governing mandate .
