The introduction by accelerated procedure of a law for the forgiveness of fines for constructions in rural areas has caused fierce debates in the Assembly.

For the opposition, this is done because the elections are approaching.

DP MP Dashnor Sula reminded the majority of the case when a person convicted of energy theft hanged himself in prison.

" Do you remember the late Qamil Zela who hanged himself for 38 thousand lek in Rrogozhina? He was put in prison and hanged himself. You forgot that mother in Vlora that you put in prison for a chicken coop. Do you forget these?! You are weird. You forgot that the villagers you pursued for criminal prosecution are included ," said Sula.
