Deputy Dashnor Sula has proposed a solution to the current situation in which the Democratic Party finds itself, after last night's decision of the Court of Administrative Appeals, which returned for a retrial to the First Instance the case of the seal of the DP, undoing the decision of judge Agron Zhukri, who had accepted the changes in the Statute of the Democratic Party, made in the Assembly of December 11, 2021.

Since Alibeaja's seal was left, Sula proposes that the candidates from Berisha's primaries should be registered in the CEC for the May 14 elections, with only the PD logo, with some name change where it is considered better.

He further proposes that after this decision has been taken, after the elections on May 14, the PD will enter into elections and internal structuring, choosing from the simplest functionaries, to the heads of sections and group sections, the heads of branches, up to to the new chairman of the DP.

The union of the democrats, the only and right way for all Albanians!

The Court of Appeal's long-winded decision is not a triumph for any of us Democrats. If we who are mandated to represent ordinary democrats will not know how to turn this situation in our favor, then last night's decision will only favor the one who is in power now.

There is no reason for rematch. The only solution is UNION. No divine force, no court decision does this, but we do it ourselves, putting the interest of the democrats and the Albanians before any narrow interest.

Democratic candidates for the May 14 elections must register at the CEC, only with the PD logo. Candidates who emerged from the "Primaries" with any corrections for the better where possible, should enter the elections with the PD logo and as democrats.

We must turn this anger towards the government that, apart from the 1001 blacks it has done economically to the country, constantly invests in every legal and illegal way to harm the opposition, into a concentrated energy to face the current majority. We must do this now. We must go together in the local elections.

United we win most of the country's municipalities. After defeating the majority, within 2-3 months we get into elections and internal structuring. We elect officials from the simplest, head of sections, head of group sections, head of branches to the head of PDSH, making a comprehensive process and creating freedom for everyone to have the opportunity to run.

- The union of all currents within us, in a great river of energy against the current government, is a national emergency.

Of course, internal elections from "foot to head" are a vital necessity. All the democracies, without any exception, will determine who will be the representatives in all DP structures.
