He calls for these people to be removed from polling stations and allow citizens to vote of their own free will without pressure or influence.
Eligert Hima: All the people who stand in front of the voting centers and who have no function whatsoever must be removed. I call on the state police to take measures not to intimidate voters and the vote must be free and voluntary and not by honor, or with favors given to them by directors, or any administrative employee.
I personally toured the polling centers today and at every entrance to the polling centers I saw people who have no function whatsoever standing around and intimidating voters.
We recall that Eligert Hima is running for the municipality of Cërrik against the socialist, Florenc Doka, and the independent candidate supported by the DP, Amarildo Hoxha.
Around 335,000 citizens are called to vote today to elect new mayors in five municipalities in the country: Vlorë, Tepelena, Berat, Cërrik and Mat.
