Prime Minister Edi Rama and the President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, have signed several agreements.

The first is the statement of intent on cooperation in the field of state-supported agricultural insurance between the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Republic of Albania and the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Turkey .

The Protocol was also signed between the Ministry of Education and Sports of the Republic of Albania and the High Council of Education of the Republic of Turkey for the Opening of the Branch, Academic Unit, Study Programs from Istanbul Technical University in Albania.

Another agreement is the Memorandum of Understanding between the Media and Information Agency of the Republic of Albania and the Directorate of Communication of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey for cooperation in the field of public relations and communication.
