At the weekly press conference, the leader of the DP, Sali Berisha, was asked by the journalists about the statement of the chief commissioner Celibashi that the DP risks non-registration in the local elections of May 14.

Berisha said that for PD there is a Court decision that recognized the December 11 Congress. He continued the accusations against the Prime Minister saying that he is the one holding the Court's decision hostage.

"DP has a court decision for the December 11 Congress. In any country in the world, this decision would have been registered in the Court. He is held hostage by Rama. We have the court decision, this is the absolute truth.

Now if they want to solve it is their issue, we have the court decision, everything else is hostage taking. I have denounced the perpetrators of the hostage situation in front of you," said Berisha.
