On January 24, DP deputy Gazment Bardhi filed a complaint with the SPAK for the initiation of investigations against Prime Minister Edi Rama for what he described as a connection with the former high official of the FBI, Charles McGonigal. 

But SPAK responded today by asking him to make available the initial materials of the American justice that he has mentioned in the report.

And within the day, Gazmend Bardhi responded to SPAK's request to make available to him the indictment of the American justice, for the case of the former senior FBI official, Charles McGonigal.

In the correspondence with the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, Bardhi writes that he is confident that this structure will carry out a complete and independent investigation.

"We hope you will carry out a complete, comprehensive and independent investigation on this issue", says Bardhi.
