Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha accuses the Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku, of having received more funds from the budget than any other sector.

From Lezha, the leader of the DP said that to build the New Ring Road, 13 kilometers of road were divided into 14 contracts to steal.

He said that roads are being built at prices 10-12 times higher than those built in European Union countries.

"Lubi Loti has received 16% of the budget this year, education has received 2.45% of the budget, health has received 2.63% of the budget. Meanwhile, the one that divides the 13 km of new ring road into 14 contracts to steal 14 times and build roads at a price 10-12 times higher than prices in Croatia and other EU countries," said Berisha.

He also stated that those who predicted the disappearance of the DP will receive their deserved defeat on May 11, because the opposition, according to him, is united.

" They divided us, we united. They took our flag, here we are, prouder than ever in its life. They arrested us, here we are today, stronger than ever. So friends, those who predicted our disappearance, on May 11 will receive their deserved defeat. We come today more confident than ever in our victory. We come today after we branded them all over the world, for the robbery of the elections. We come today after we branded them all over the world, for the narco-dictatorship. We come today after we branded them all over the world, for the terrible thefts, after we stood tooth for tooth for every one of their thefts. We come today more confident than ever in victory, because we are more united, because we have our own program, the program that answers every citizen ", said, among other things, the leader of the Democratic Party.
