From Pogradec, where he met with supporters of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha promised a reduction in the price of electricity for both family consumers and businesses.
"We will set the price at 7 Lek per KW. The first 300 KW covers 78% of the needs, the second band, 100 or 105 Lek. Businesses will have 6 Lek as they had to make it easier for them."
The living wage, he said, will be set for every citizen in need, as well as pensioners.
"Every Albanian who receives under 200 euros and those who receive nothing at all will receive 200 euros, even the pensioner in the village or city who receives 170 euros will receive 200 euros, and I guarantee you that this is only the first step, as the law will be indexed every year."
Another promise was to set the average salary at 500 Euros per month and pay for every hour of overtime.
"We will reduce taxes for businesses, but we will never accept them paying less than 500 Euros. This is a condition for progress or failure. Every country has an hourly wage, and if it pays by the hour, the locks should be put on."
Lowering the price of oil was another promise.
"This is over, there will be no more or less price for Kosovo and Macedonia."
Meanwhile, during a meeting he had with urban planners and activists of this city, Berisha accused the Prime Minister and Fatmir Xhafaj of being behind the towers that he said were being built, destroying UNESCO's natural heritage.
"The city is facing a new threat, the mafia is coming and will blindfold it, destroy its coasts and everything for the purpose of enriching itself. Pogradec is being attacked by the two most powerful clans in power, the Rama or Xhafaj clan. Armand Lilo, who is the author of these towers, is presented as Xhafaj's brother-in-law, I don't know, but one thing is certain, they have connections with the Xhafa clan."
Berisha spoke about money laundering from drugs and crime.
"Only one of them has transferred 3 billion Euros from Dubai banks to those in Europe, all of them have one pillar and that is Rama."
When asked by the media about the decision made by SPAK regarding Olsi Rama, he gave this answer:
"SPAK showed that it is part of the Xibraka file, that's all I can say. It showed that now we not only have Olsi, but we also have Dumani, a member of the Xibraka gang."
