The Assembly asks the CEC to replace the mandate of Ervin Salianji!

The Assembly of Albania has officially sent to the CEC the request for the replacement of Ervin Salianji and the granting of his mandate to the successor in the list of many names of the last elections.

In the letter signed by Genc Gjoncaj, the General Secretary of the Assembly, the State Commissioner of Elections, Ilirjan Celibash, is informed that due to the sentence of the Appeal, Ervin Salianji has lost his mandate as a deputy.

As such, the CEC is requested to continue filling the vacancy that has been created.

The Assembly of Albania, based on the letter "dh" of point 2 of Article 71 of the Constitution of the Republic of Albania and the Rules of the Assembly, informs you that the term of office of the deputy of the DP Ervin Salianji will end before the deadline, due to his conviction with a final decision for the commission of a criminal offense, announced in the plenary session of 30.9.2024.
