The Constitutional Court rejects the 'Xhafaj' Commission, President Zaçaj: We cannot participate in law-making activities!

The Constitutional Court rejects the "Xhafaj" Anticorruption Commission and has given an official answer to the Assembly.

The answer was returned by the head of the highest institution of justice in the country, Holta Zaçaj, after the invitation of the Anticorruption Commission led by Fatmir Xhafaj to participate.

In her answer, Zaçaj states that "they cannot participate in the "Xhafaj" Commission as they do not participate in law-making activities".

The Constitutional Court confirmed today that it has rejected the request to send experts and representatives to the working tables of the Anticorruption Commission.
