The meeting of the Assembly has started normally.

MP Gazment Bardhi has asked Lindita Nikolla to declare the invalidity of the vote at Thursday's session, saying that there was no quorum.

Bardhi: From the contents of the minutes, the leader of the session in the previous session has verified the quorum of participation and it turns out that 68 deputies are present, I addressed them with a request to announce the invalidity of the voting of the previous session. In order for the voting process to be opened, there will have to be 71 deputies. The record shows that 68 MPs participated. I ask you to declare the invalidity of all the votes of the last session.

Nikolla: The Secretariat has not made a decision yet. The minutes reflected the situation of that session.
