Prime Minister Edi Rama has invited his counterpart Albin Kurti to Tirana, and says that he has no quarrel with him, although he was not received by him during his visit the day before in Tirana.

During the joint conference with the Prime Minister of Montenegro, Dritan Abazovic, Rama said that he hopes that the six leaders of the Western Balkans, including Kurti, will gather in Tirana as part of the Summit for the "Berlin Process".

"I did not go to Kosovo to marry Albini. I went on a visit as prime minister of Albania, I have no personal or professional problem with him, we have different views on an issue. The Prime Minister of Kosovo will be invited, and we would like the six of us to be together in Tirana. In Tirana he is like at home", declared Prime Minister Rama.

Asked about the bankruptcy of the "Open Balkans" initiative, Rama said that the countries of the region should now fully focus on the Berlin Process.

"Open Balkan is not my private company that I opened, and I close it. It is a joint initiative of several countries. There are several lines that were repeated in the Berlin Process but never materialized. We must focus very strongly on the Berlin process now, not only because Albania has undertaken to welcome it. We will enter into a financing process from the EU for the Western Balkans", said Rama.
