DP leader Sali Berisha stated at today's media conference that the alleged arrest of Belinda Balluku by SPAK came after she, along with Evis Berberi and Prime Minister Rama "showed everything evil they were doing with messages."

He added that he will prove in the future that Rama, Balluku and other directors under the latter have acted as a criminal organization.

" I have heard all the variants but honestly I cannot say despite knowing my skepticism towards some elements of the prosecution. I cannot say whether there is international influence or determination to implement the law in conditions when Lubia, Evisi and Rama showed everything evil they were doing with their messages. In these cases the judge, prosecutor, investigator would either lose all face and tell the prison to open or he would do what he did by implementing the law and in the easiest way. He implemented it with ease. I will come here to prove that they acted as a criminal organization, Edi Rama, Lubi Balluku and those leading members of the road directorate, they appear as a criminal organization in the documents. If the court were to qualify them as such, it would fully honor the law. In any other case when several people become collaborators in a crime, they are called a criminal organization, while here they were not called. If Rama and Balluku had been implicated as leaders of a criminal organization, you would have seen how the development would have gone" , he said.
