The candidate of the "Together We Win" coalition for the Municipality of Kavaja, Fisnik Qosja, has announced his victory and started the party with his sympathizers.

As there are still a few boxes left to be counted, Fisnik Qosja is ahead with 659 votes, in front of his socialist opponent, Redjan Krali.

A reversal that has come towards the end, as we initially remember that the King was in the lead but the result was overturned.

In a statement to the media, Fisnik Qosja said that even during the regime, Kavaja has shown that it is anti-communist and democratic.
