Genc Deromemaj , former chairman of the Democratic Party, for the Vlora branch, has been appointed the new director of the Cadastre in Vlora.
He takes on this position following the departure of the previous head of this institution, Erjon Galanxhi, who resigned after only 3 months in office.
The position was temporarily held by Paola Sulaj , appointed to this role after Galanxhi's resignation.
Deromemaj's appointment has become official and he has now fully assumed his duties.
This is the third change in the leadership of the Vlora Cadastre within the last two years, after the departure of Ina Luci and then Ergys Skënder, who also resigned from this position.
The Vlora Cadastre is one of the most important institutions in the city and has recently been in the spotlight due to ownership issues in the coastal area.
