The President of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, today inspected the prison of Fier, where he met the former MP Ervin Salianji.
According to Meta, Salianji is suffering a political punishment from the "narco-state."
"Today, at my request, together with the member of the Presidency of the Freedom Party, Attorney Genc Gjokutaj, I met in the prison of Fier the tribune deputy of the Democratic Party and the opposition, Mr. Ervin Salianji, who is suffering a political imprisonment of the 'narco-state'. This meeting was an expression of solidarity against the current regime and 'narco-justice'.
The meeting strengthened my conviction that political imprisonment only increases the spirit of Change and the overthrow of the junta in power. I am proud of the heroes of free speech, who, even in prison, do not lose their freedom", writes Meta on Facebook.
