Indrit Sefa, the legal representative of Enkelejd Alibeaj's DP grouping, addressed today with a letter to the Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction.

He asks to speed up the decision-making on the appeal presented by them on the decision of judge Zhukri, which is related to the seal and logo of the Democratic Party.

In the letter it is stated that Zhukri's decision to recognize the December 11 Assembly is in violation of the law and it is requested that the issue of DP be resolved as soon as possible.

"The Court of Appeal now has no obstacle to end the judicial conflict over the legitimacy of the leadership of the Democratic Party.

The Democratic Party asks the Court to consider the complaint submitted by it as soon as possible. It invites all parties to ask the Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction to announce and judge this case as soon as possible. Any delay is already unjustified",  writes Sefa on social networks.

We remind you that the judge who will decide on the "fate" of the Democratic Party has been appointed today. She is Elona Mihali, who together with Astrit Kalane and Irida Kacerjan are the other two members of the group.
