Erion Braçe is shocked: Why is this vote marked with Mato Gruda's
Erjon Brace

In a reaction on social media, Socialist MP Erion Braçe expressed his dissatisfaction with the Complaints and Sanctions Commission, which is carrying out the recount process of Tirana's votes for May 11.

Braça's specific complaint concerns the declaration by the KAS of a vote for the Socialist Party as invalid. The ballot mark was not marked with a cross or a dash, but with the symbol of the male genital organ.

Braçe, calling this symbol "Mato Gruda's ball," says that the regulations do not provide for it to be invalid when such a sign is placed on the ballot in the relevant box.

Meanwhile, take another case where a heart is placed in the relevant box as a sign for the vote and it is considered valid.

"NOT FOR MY VOTES;
FOR THE VOTES OF THE PEOPLE!
THE VOTE IN THE FIRST PHOTO WAS COUNTED YESTERDAY;
IT WAS IN ONE OF THE BOXES OF UNIT NR5 AND IT IS A VOTE ONLY FOR THE PARTY!
KAS HAS DECLARED IT INSULTANT!
BUT WHY?
Why is a will expressed with Mato Grude's Ball considered invalid?
Why does KAS call this sign invalid?!
Why is the heart valid and Mato's ball not?!
Finally yesterday, a mil who archives, electronically sent me the CEC MANUAL FOR INSULTANT VOTES!
In none of the CEC examples, MATOS' BALL DOES NOT MAKE THE VOTE INSULTANT; LOOK!
Even in the CEC MANUAL, none of the examples for invalid votes DOES NOT MATCH THE MAJORITY OF INSULTANT VOTES THAT KAS IS DECLARING!
See the FIFTH photo in Next: IN WHICH OF THE CEC'S EXAMPLES OF INSULTED BALLOTS IS THIS VOTE INCLUDED AND DECLARED INSULTED?!
There are dozens of them!
NOW, IF YOU THINK AS HE HAD EXPLAINED HIMSELF IN THIS WRITING IN THE THIRD AND FOURTH PHOTOS THAT "ERION BRACE HAS BOUGHT VOTES AND TO CHECK IT HE ORDERED A CROSS ON THE NAME", OK, I SHOULD SAY WITH A CLEAR DECISION THIS IS FOR THE 129 VOTES IN 740 BOXES;
I just have to explain how one vote is bought for every 6 boxes!
It's simple, it's done!", writes Braçe.
