Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Elisa Spiropali, together with the President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, joined the celebrations for the 113th anniversary of Independence in Shkodra.

From the "Independence Table", in the red-black atmosphere, Spiropali said that "today more than ever before, Shkodra stands unwavering as an indestructible symbol of national unity and unification". Spiropali also welcomed the President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, with a message.

"The Albanian table belongs to the friend. No expression captures our spirit of hospitality more strongly. Except that, you, honorable Vjosa, in this city are truly a friend, but not a guest. Because you, like all your compatriots, brothers of the same blood, are here at home," said Spiropali.

Numerous officials and personalities were also present, including the beloved singer Shkurte Fejza.
