Former Speaker of the Parliament Namik Dokle has organized a friendly meeting with some of the well-known figures of the Albanian left.

Also present at this roundtable were former President Rexhep Meidani, former Prime Minister Ylli Bufi, academic Sherif Bundo, and former Minister Ethem Ruka, who have been part of political developments in the country for years.

They met in one of the capital's cafes, where they shared memories and conversations, including those about what has been happening in Albanian politics in recent days.

As Dokle himself has said, it all started with a simple coffee and a photo among friends, followed by a casual conversation on various topics.

In the end, the characteristic humor of such meetings was not lacking, "Albanian humor", where among the smiles, the usual friendly debate arose about who would pay for the coffee this time.

"While waiting for the next coffee, we take a photo with our friends: Rexhep Meidani, Ylli Bufi, Sherif Bundo, Ethem Ruka. And then the friendly, sincere conversation begins, open to any topic. In the end, like everyone else, we start the usual "fight": I'll pay, leave it to me this time, why are you the only one paying?!", writes Dokle.

The photo also attracted the attention of SP MP Elisa Spiropali, who did not pass it by without commenting.

"May coffee give you health and strength, and may such fights always happen," writes the former Speaker of Parliament, who recently clashed fiercely with Socialist leader Edi Rama.
