Prime Minister Edi Rama is in the coastal city of Vlora this Monday and is holding meetings with local government representatives, as well as MPs from the south, accompanied by Minister Erjona Ismaili.
However, as can be seen from these images brought by the Vlora portal "Dissidentët", the prime minister appeared quite nervous at the end of the meeting with the southern socialists.
He raises his hands and then points his finger at someone, but it is unclear whether Edi Rama is shouting, cursing someone, or if it is something else he is telling his friends before getting into his car and driving away.
Since the weekend, the prime minister has been in the south of the country, specifically in Dhërmi, and today he traveled to Vlora to meet with Mayor Bruna Mersini, Socialist MPs, other representatives of the municipality, and Minister Erjona Ismaili.
