Two hours after the voting process closed, the turnout was 16.00 pm in Rrogozhina.
In the elections for mayor of Rrogozhinë, Edison Memolla from the Socialist Party, against Shkëlqim Hoxha from the coalition "Co-Win".

In Rrogozhina, the elections were re-enacted after the problems with the prison box ballots were established. Hundreds of prisoners from all over Albania, serving sentences in the RROGOZHINA EEU had voted massively for the candidate of the ruling party.

Today, however, it has not gone without incident, though smaller. At some polling stations, the presence of unauthorized persons has been reported.
