Monika Kryemadhi appeared this Thursday at the Criminal Court for the security measure "compulsory appearance".
Upon arriving at the courthouse, Kryemadhi did not fail to comment with irony on the recent developments with the head of SHISH and the leaked conversations between Vlora Hyseni and Ergys Agas.
"Good morning, how are you? Did you see how the radars go off? Love is a big thing. How come they don't turn them off for us, they just turn them on," said Kryemadhi as he entered the GJKKO, referring to the messages that raise questions about the nature of the relationship between Hysen and Agas.
Four days before the "house arrest" security measure was communicated to him, Hyseni was questioned at the Special Prosecution Office as a person aware of the connections with Ergys Agas, the businessman arrested on August 26 for the AKSHI affair.
She had admitted to contacts with Agas, saying that the purpose was due to her duty, but the messages show the opposite of what the former head of SHISH says.
But, during the July 22 inspections at "Equos Resort", SPAK found 9 pages of documents suspected of being state secrets and hundreds of communications between Hysen and Agas.
During a hearing, Agasi himself admitted that he had left the documents in the car with the intention of SPAK finding them.
Communications discovered on the mobile phones of Agas and Vlora Hyseni, from the end of June to August 26 when he was arrested in Durrës, show a much closer connection, unlike those who say "collaborator".
