Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has reacted after the decision of the Special Court of Appeal, which today imposed the security measure of mandatory appearance on him, following an appeal by SPAK.

Berisha has described the decision as having no legal basis.

"Without any legal basis, an electoral pill for the hopeless Edi Rama."

"A failed attempt by the criminal organization, the Skap of the party, to justify their actions and, in this context, new evidence of Rama's complete and total control of Skap, the implementation of his political orders ," said Berisha.

He also stated that he will respect the decision because the case is in Strasbourg.

"I have the case in Strasbourg, I will respect the decision. This will enrich this case, it will be added to the Strasbourg file," said Berisha.
