The meeting in the Council for Mandate, Immunity and Regulation has started with harsh tones and clashes, where the mandate of the deputy of the SP, Vullnet Sinaj , is being discussed, for which the opposition demands the removal of the mandate, accusing him of having benefited from money through his businesses. from the state budget.

The debate started when the SP deputy addressed  Gazment Bardhi for burning the chairs in the Assembly, telling him that if he did not pay, he should not be sitting there.

While the democrat countered by saying that he did not take money from the state budget nor did he steal, and that each member of parliament is responsible for any material that he has received from the Assembly.

"You set fire to the state budget by taking the money and putting it in your pocket. That's why the removal of the mandate is provided for the one who steals and not for the one who damages your chair, it is not an act that is sanctioned. You are not here to ask us questions, you are accused of putting both hands into the state budget. There is a difference between us, you use the mandate and the budget to get money for your private companies, while I use the position of MP to protect the budget", said Bardhi.

Meanwhile, Sinai rejected the accusations at the meeting, saying that he is not accused of theft, and that according to him, he has done honest business all his life.

"I am not accused, there is a motion for my mandate, not accused. I have not stolen, I do business honest business. If only they all did honest business like my business does. I don't allow you at all, because you have swallowed a spoiled war and will steal your whole life, history will show your work", said Deputy Sinai.

Vullnet Sinaj: Before I start, I want to ask a question, if Mr. Bardhi has paid the money for burning the chairs, if not, then I should stand up, and not discuss my mandate.

Gazment Bardhi: I did not take the money from the state budget, nor did I steal the state budget, after any discussion the chairs are in use by each deputy, and each of them is responsible for any material that they received from the Assembly. As you know, every one of us whenever there was damage was paid without any worries, because unlike you who use the state and state property for personal gain, we are here to protect the public interest.
