The draft law on the fiscal agreement has sparked a broad debate about the transparency of the list of businesses that benefit.

Socialist Party MP Erion Braçe also spoke on Top Story about the issue of pensions, describing it as an issue that would embarrass anyone.

According to him, even though the state budget is well-structured, a complete reform of the pension scheme is still needed.

"As for the state budget. I would like to make my observation. It is well structured. Investments are greater than the deficit. We are in a slight primary surplus that tells all citizens that they are not being burdened. From a policy point of view, it is well structured. The issue of pensions would embarrass anyone. There needs to be a balance. I am glad that the budget and the government are clear.

It is more than a one-year bonus. Of course, this should not be a complete reform of the pension scheme. It should be done in the first year of the mandate after the elections. We have been in government for too long. Here we come to the embarrassment.

If I were to talk about a fiscal package, correcting as much as possible the law of fiscal peace with compensation, when the law on value added tax should be completely overturned. A farmer will not be compensated if he sells to a small business, if he sells in public markets he still is not compensated, he must take it to a collector. Winners can be everyone who registers for taxes , "said Braçe.

Socialist MP Erion Braçe was harsh even with ministers during the interview with Grida Duma.

"Budget implementation. We have been leaving money unused for 2 years. Last year we left 450 million euros unused. There is over 1 billion euros that needs to be used in 2 months.

I think mothers who have children on the autism spectrum should be covered by insurance at a minimum. I am right in the middle of Tirana and I need infrastructure in hospitals, kindergartens and nurseries. My concern about the budget is that public money should be spent.

"That minister, that deputy minister or budget implementer who does not use the money cannot stay in that position. The first reason a minister should be removed is that he does not use the money," said Braçe.
