Sali Berisha reacted to SPAK and the head of this institution regarding the issue of the traffic of toxic substances outside Albania.
Through a post on social networks, Berisha calls Altin Duman a mercenary, while writing that this structured criminal group, as he calls SPAK, is not allowed to investigate any case related to ministers and Edi Rama without the approval of the latter.
"For the mercenary Dumani, any crime related to Rama is an intellectual crime and cannot be explained! Dear friends, the whole public opinion is shocked by the news of government traffic of toxic substances from Albania. But this is not true for the mercenary Duman and the "Scrap" of the Party, only because this structured criminal group is not allowed to investigate any issue related to ministers and Edi Rama without the latter's approval.
The silence in front of this serious national and international crime for which the laws of the country make three ministers directly responsible is a serious act-accusation of the cooperation of "Scrap" with illegal positions in serious crimes. The illegal traffic of hazardous waste is first and foremost a responsibility: First, for the Ministry of Environment, the law does not allow any export of waste of any kind without the authorization of the Minister of Environment.
Secondly, the Ministry of Finance, according to the customs laws, are obliged to verify the entire procedure and rules of the export of a commodity, including the certification of the country that receives the commodity.
Thirdly, the Ministry of Energy and Industry, which also subordinates waste producers and the country's port authority.
In addition to the serious environmental crime and the illegal traffic of toxic substances, for which there is direct legal responsibility and the Information Service in case it has not notified, we are dealing with a repeated criminal activity organized by a criminal organization with many governmental and non-governmental participants. government officials, but mercenary Dumani and the "party scrap" cannot investigate without the order of Edi Rama", Berisha writes.
