Sali Berisha said in the show ' Now ' that the rule of the party charter that the chairman leaves if he does not win the elections, does not apply in local elections.

" In the rules of the party, no leader resigns for local elections. Local elections are not the test of a leader, but I have set the standard. We recall that on February 11, Sali Berisha called the fourth national protest after returning to the leadership of the Democratic Party .
