About a week ago, on April 21 of this year, the lobbying company "PRIME Policy Group" announced in the US that it had signed a new client, Sali Berisha. The news became public in the early hours of the morning in Tirana after a Politico publication.

Berisha's contract with the company " PRIME Policy Group " has been published and officially, the first thing that stands out is the fact that this contract is "pro-bono", which means that the American company "PRIME Policy Group" (PPG) , will help Berisha on a completely voluntary basis without involving any direct or indirect payment or obligation.

The head of the American lobbying company PPG is Charles R. Black Jr., it turns out that he has worked as an adviser in electoral campaigns for several former American presidents, starting with Reagan, the Bushes, candidate McCain, etc.

These data suggest that the lobbyist chosen by Berisha has ties to the old Republican line starting with Reagan.

Charlie R. Black Jr. earlier, there was also a lobbying company in partnership with Paul Manafort, a former associate of Donald Trump, whose investigation caused a stir in the US in the context of suspicions of Russian influence.

"The American Congress regularly receives reports from the State Department on the motives on which a foreign official is declared non-grata, but in the case of Berisha, the motives are unknown", stated Black Jr. in a statement where he calls on the American legislators to reveal the motives behind Berisha's non-grata declaration.

He further adds in the statement that: " Somewhere can be found some file or classified information on Berisha that refutes what I am saying, I don't know what it is concretely, so I am trying to engage responsible people who shed light on this file ."

Further in his statement on this commitment Lobbyist Charlie R. Black Jr. says that he knew Berisha because his company worked with the Albanian government when Berisha ruled the country.

The lobbyist emphasized that Berisha has played a role in the alignment of Albania in the NATO alliance and the efforts to introduce Albania into the EU, adding that "the rumors that Berisha is under the influence of the Kremlin seem unrelated to what I understood when I I knew that man (Berisha) once".

The basis of the engagement of the American lobbyist will be the verification of whether there was any connection between the activities of the former director of the FBI Charles McGonigal and the declaration of Berisha's non-grata, although from the criminal files of the American prosecutors in Washington and New York, McGonigal it turns out that he played a role in the investigation of a lobbying contract of Lulzim Basha, and at least in the criminal files in question, Berisha is nowhere to be found./ Hashtag
