Gazment Bardhi asks SPAK to address the Assembly for the second time regarding Belinda Balluku's immunity, claiming that the aggravation of her criminal position should also be accompanied by a request for a more severe security measure.

The head of the DP Parliamentary Group, in an interview on "Breaking with Fiori Dardhën", accused the Special Prosecution Office of "double standards", while recalling that SPAK's first request for authorization of Balluk's arrest was rejected by the Parliament in March.

"Spak should have brought the request for Balluku's immunity, according to the standard that the Special Prosecution Office has brought. The new leader himself says that the legal standard is that, when the charges are aggravated, the security measure should be aggravated. This standard is not being applied.

There is no request from SPAK for Balluk's immunity in the Assembly. It should have happened in June. For me, it should have happened in June, yesterday or today. When the Prosecutor's Office will act to implement the law, I don't know, I don't see a way. What will happen, I can't predict.

"I know what the standard that the Prosecution has publicly announced to us is and the double standard that is being followed with other high-ranking officials. If you find a second one with the importance of Balluku, I will withdraw. The others are in prison, Balluku moves freely. This means that SPAK has decided to treat Rama's collaborator differently from the law and from anyone else, with a favorable standard," said Bardhi.

Bardhi added that Rama is using the Balluk issue whenever he is in difficulty.

In September, this new development with another villa occurred 24 hours or 48 hours after Ahmetaj published hearings on weapons. Two days later, the Prosecution pulled another Balluk villa out of the drawer.

It seems that this issue is being used to cover up every scandal that has emerged from June onwards. Developments are expected in the coming days that will more clearly show the corrupt system. It is not surprising that SPAK will use another move in the Balluku file, another villa, the submission of a request to the Parliament or where I know not”, added Bardhi.
