Outside the Parliament, Sali Berisha spoke about the Llogara Tunnel file and the conversations of Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku with her subordinate, Evis Berberi.

Berisha said that he will soon be protesting in front of the prime minister's office.

"Read those messages from Lubi Balluku, but what do those messages show? They show a man in terror, a man who asks his subordinates to do this and that. It shows the spiritual terror she has towards him. I do not justify it, it cannot be denied that the messages prove the terror she has in her duty to fulfill that order.

"She is doing it because of Rama, because it is Rama's orders. We will be at the prime minister's office for this. Everyone is attacking Lubia, do you see how contemptuously she speaks of Rama? But she is forced to, because she said there is only terror. We will decide very soon, time has passed," said Berisha.
