The head of the SP parliamentary group, Taulant Balla , mentioned in the Assembly the case of the brother of MP Elda Hoti , who was recently arrested in Rome on charges of drug trafficking.

He said that unlike what the DP would do if this case belonged to one of the SP MPs, we will not make any statement.

" Imagine if the incident that happened to the family members of a DP MP had happened to one of the SP. You would have come here, blocked the podium, shouted, put them in jail, arrest them. It's a group of criminal structures, brother and sister. What business does a sister have with what a brother does in the sense of the law. You won't hear any statement from us like that. That Elda Hoti's brother was drugged. We won't make any statement, not even about the case in question since you had the drug inside your house ," said Taulant Balla .

We recall that Markelian Hoti , brother of MP Elda Hoti , was arrested yesterday by Italian authorities in Rome. 

Italian media report that the 27-year-old, brother of Democratic Party MP Elda Hoti, was captured in the Ponte di Nona area, on the eastern outskirts of the Italian capital, where he was hiding in a hotel with his girlfriend. 

After an investigation coordinated by Interpol and the anti-drug team in Rome, his arrest was possible.
