Arben Ahmetaj's letter contained some direct messages and some others implied.
Only Arben Ahmetaj knows the correct interpretation of the implicit messages, but between the lines there is a paragraph in his message that logically addresses Edi Rama and the reform in justice.
Ahmetaj writes: My lawyer in the Council of Mandates quoted an old saying from France "I see that there are two possible solutions on the table, either the king's head will fall, or you will have to accept the failure of the revolution".
Brought back by Ahmetaj in this situation and moreover before the Assembly voted for the removal of immunity and the authorization of SPAK for his arrest, this French proverb takes on a different meaning in the Albanian reality.
Albania does not have a hereditary king, but as a parliamentary republic the king who emerged from the elections in 2013 is Edi Rama, and the first part of Arben Ahmetaj's threatening message is addressed to Rama, where he says about the first solution that is on the table, the fall of the King's head'. Figuratively, the message means the overthrow of Edi Rama from power.
However, the threat also applies to the justice reform, which in Ahmetaj's coded message is defined as a revolution. Ahmetaj conditions the second threat with the first. " Either the king's head will fall, meaning Rama's here, or it will be accepted that the justice reform has failed ."
