After the speech, Prime Minister Edi Rama began a conversation with Albanians in Athens. A lady bluntly told him that "there are still major shortcomings in Albania," and that "the administration is zero."

Rama rejected this claim, saying that if " it were true, negotiations with the European Union would not have been opened."

"If there weren't so many things to fix, why would I come here to seek another mandate here?! I can't leave it to the owl or the carpet sellers. On the ballot, all the districts and those who vote for the SP at number 5 have the youngest and most energetic party! Until yesterday, to get a piece of paper you had to come to Albania, today you can get services from Greece and Australia in e-Albania. If there were zero administration, the EU wouldn't tell us, come on, join the EU. It means we have a state that functions like the EU states. Now don't tell me that here (in Greece) everything works perfectly! I had black hair and my teeth, today look, my teeth are beautiful, but they are not mine. We made the mountains package for all those who have land in the countryside, but don't have the documents," said Rama.
