Meeting between two governments

19 agreements were signed today during the meeting of the two governments Albania-Kosovo, in Pristina.

Minister for Minister announced the agreements that have been signed by the two governments which will enter into force in the coming months.

AGREEMENTS:

1. Cooperation protocol between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the Government of the Republic of Kosovo for the establishment of the Intergovernmental Coordination Secretariat.

2. Agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the Government of the Republic of Kosovo on the implementation of mutual facilities in customs procedures and / or control of entry / exit of goods.

3. Agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the Government of the Republic of Kosovo on the facilitation of procedures and conditions for obtaining a temporary residence permit.

4. Agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the Government of the Republic of Kosovo on the rules of the local border traffic regime.

5. Amending Agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the Government of the Republic of Kosovo on the opening of the joint border crossing point Shishtavec (Kukës) - Krushevo (Dragash) between the Republic of Albania and the Republic of Kosovo.

6. Agreement on social security between the Republic of Albania and the Republic of Kosovo.

7. Memorandum of cooperation between the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy of the Republic of Albania and the Ministry of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure of the Republic of Kosovo for the construction of the Durrës-Prishtina railway connection.

8. Cooperation agreement between the Ministry of Education and Sports of the Republic of Albania and the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation of the Republic of Kosovo in the field of mutual recognition and unification of diplomas, certificates and scientific degrees issued by higher education institutions and other authorized institutions.

9. Agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the Government of the Republic of Kosovo on mutual legal assistance in civil and commercial matters.

10. Joint Annual Cultural Calendar Albania-Kosovo, for the year 2021-2022.

12. Cooperation agreement in the field of agriculture between the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Republic of Albania and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development of the Republic of Kosovo.
