Elena Maraga, a former kindergarten teacher in the province of Treviso (Italy), has sued the father of one of her former students, who allegedly made her activity on the OnlyFans platform public, an action that led to her dismissal from her job.

The news has been confirmed by Italian newspapers Il Gazzettino and Corriere del Veneto, which report that the man in question discovered her profile on OnlyFans and then shared the images in a local football group, while his wife reported the situation to the school where Maraga worked.

"I never advertised that profile. It was that father who found me and spread my content without my consent," Maraga told Corriere del Veneto.

In addition to his father, Maraga has also sued three social media users who have publicly insulted and attacked him online.

 "The file was submitted three days ago. I expect the list of lawsuits to expand," said Fabrizio Dumas, representative of the Cub Treviso organization.

In a video recently published on social networks, Maraga reacted sharply to the hypocrisy that, according to her, has permeated this entire story: "These people have publicly judged me, they have insulted me, but in the meantime they have paid to see me. They have treated me like a prostitute, but who is immoral in this story? Me, who does whatever I want with my body outside of work hours, or those who consume and judge me at the same time?"

She added that she feels compelled to speak out, not only for herself, but for many other women who, according to her, have been unjustly punished for their personal choices: "I am tired of the injustices that I have suffered and that I continue to suffer.

"I also do this on behalf of all those women who have felt punished for things that men do to them without any consequences."

The case has brought the issue of professional ethics, privacy, and moral judgments towards women on digital platforms back to the center of debate in Italy.
